Requirements for Silver Fox Properties real estate team:
-Real Estate License
-Minimum 2 years experience
-Available for showings on weekends and after business hours (5pm-8:30pm) as needed
-Engage buyer leads and converting them into clients
-Conduct Buyer's Consultations
-Show Buyers Properties
-Write offers and contracts
Requirements for New American Funding lending team:
-MLO License
-Minimum 5 years experience
-Available on weekends
-Conduct Client Consultations
-Successfully Complete the Loan Application Process
-Successfully execute and complete Loan Process

Requirements for Foxy Designs design team:
-Minimum 2 years experience
-Available on weekends and at night
-Ability to work with design programs
-Ability to work with Spreadsheets

-Updating client profiles in the CRM.
-Attend periodical training sessions with team lead and/ or assistant.
