How it Works
Step 1: Initial Consultation
Our process starts with a conversation, where we will learn about your goals and what you want to see from your property. Every decision from that point, is made to support those goals for your property. We will cover every piece of the process to make sure we will deliver the results you want.
Step 2: Identify and Select the Right Property
Not all properties will achieve the results you want. We have the knowledge and expertise to guide you to select the right properties for you. After identifying the right property, we will help you write offers, negotiate terms and work through the inspection and appraisal process to get you to the closing table in a timely manner before beginning on the design.
Step 3: Design
Once we have the results defined, we will begin putting together a custom digital vision board that includes the style, timeframe and budget you will need to achieve those results. We will communicate with you along the way at each critical point in the process.
Step 4: Source
After completion of the custom digital vision board and approval to move forward, we will source the products using a combination of online and local retailers, as well as private and wholesale sources to achieve the desired look and feel of your property. We have connections with exclusive sources not found online with one-of-a-kind products that contribute to the look and feel that will help create the experience, which will make your guests wanting to come back again.
Step 5: Install
This is when all the work we've done up to this point comes alive!
Once your products begin showing up, we will take immediate action to bring your space to life. There is a beautiful chaos that happens and we see each room take shape, as we go from paper to vision. Our team works diligently to execute the plan and complete the project on time.
As an added bonus, we include the before and after photos along with social media content as well.
